We are pleased to partner with you for your child’s faith formation and academic education and look forward to having your child attend Saint Agnes School! To enroll your child at Saint Agnes School, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Complete the Application for Admission Packet including
Step 2 - Applicants will need to send the following supplemental forms to jnevins@saintagnesschoolwc.org
- Copy of Immunization Records
- PA Physical Report
- Private Dentist Report
- West Chester Area School District Questionnaire
- Memorandum of Understanding
- Request for Release of Records
- Textbook Loan Agreement
- Photo Release
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Send a copy of your child’s IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
- Signed Enrollment Agreement
Step 3 - Application Fees
- Application Fees will be billed through Option C
- Student Fee - $185 per student (non-refundable)
- New Family Fee - $175 per family (non-refundable)
- Home and School Fee - $125 per family
- CARES Registration Fee - $50 per family (if applicable)
- Tuition Assistance
- To apply for Tuition Assistance, please click here to go to the school’s FACTS page and upload additional tax documents. We encourage all families to apply for Tuition Assistance through FACTS.
Step 4 - Thank you for applying to Saint Agnes School!
Upon completion of the Online Application and submission of all supplemental forms, Saint Agnes School will review the application and notify your family regarding acceptance.
